At Caremetr, we stand behind the quality of our products. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund:
- We only process refunds if your device arrives damaged or non-functional in its original packaging.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
Required Proof for Refund:
- You MUST record a complete unboxing video showing the package condition.
- The video must clearly show you turning on the device and testing its functionality.
- Without this video evidence, we cannot process any refund claims.
Refund Process:
- Send your unboxing video to WhatsApp 0300 2338054
- Include your order number and contact details
- Our team will review your claim within 48 hours
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products with missing parts/accessories
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
